Terms of Service

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Voxle Inc., doing business as Jiminy. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Jiminy for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

If Voxle Inc. and your organization sign a separate customer agreement, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Jiminy provides visual product guides, augmented-reality and camera-assisted guidance, support handover tools, demos, account features, and related services. Features can differ by customer, product, device, or release.

We can change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. A separate customer agreement can include additional service commitments.

You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for making sure your users follow these Terms.

You may use the service only if you can legally agree to these Terms. Minors may use Jiminy only with appropriate supervision and permission from a parent, guardian, school, employer, or other responsible organization.

You keep your rights in content that you or your organization provides, including product information, instructions, images, video, files, messages, and support records. You give Jiminy a limited license to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, maintain, and protect the service and to meet our legal duties.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and allow Jiminy to process it for these purposes.

You must not:

• use Jiminy unlawfully or to violate another person's rights;
• upload harmful code or content, or interfere with the service;
• try to bypass access controls, probe security, or access another account;
• copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where law permits it; or
• use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the service.

Product guides are informational. Follow the product manufacturer's instructions, warnings, and safety requirements. Stop if a step appears unsafe, conflicts with official instructions, or requires skill or equipment you do not have.

Some features use AI and camera analysis. Results can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You must use reasonable judgment and verify important steps. Jiminy does not replace the manufacturer's instructions or a qualified technician when a task requires one.

Jiminy can work with third-party products, websites, AI services, and help-desk integrations. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Voxle Inc. and its licensors own Jiminy, including its software, design, branding, and service content, except for content provided by users, customers, and third parties. These Terms give you only the limited right to use the service as stated here or in a customer agreement.

If you give us feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment. Do not provide feedback that you do not have the right to share.

You may stop using Jiminy at any time. We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe use violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or could harm Jiminy, our customers, or other people.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." Voxle Inc. disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some laws do not allow certain disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxle Inc. and its officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Their total liability arising from the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid Voxle Inc. for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.

If you use Jiminy for an organization, that organization will defend and indemnify Voxle Inc. against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs caused by its content, its unlawful use of the service, or its material breach of these Terms. This duty does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Voxle Inc.

Delaware law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to those courts' jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction still apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.

If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, acquisition, or sale. These Terms and any applicable customer agreement are the complete agreement about the service.

We can update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. If a change is material, we will provide any additional notice required by law. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
